Internships and Faculty Postions

Internships

Internships can be posted at no cost on the CFP Board Career Center.
An internship is defined as a position of limited duration in which the intern is assigned and supervised in duties and tasks that enhance their knowledge and skills in the financial planning field. Internships can be paid or unpaid.
Firms posting internships need to be able to certify that if their internship is unpaid, that it conforms to the guidelines set forth by the U.S. Department of Labor. The CFP Board reserves the right to refuse an internship posting.
